Mumu Calculator Terms of Use

Welcome to Mumu Calculator ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your download, installation, access to, and use of the App.

By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Mumu Calculator is a utility app that currently provides, or may later provide, the following features:

• calculator functions
• history, notes, recycle bin, and archive features
• key sounds and voice readout
• support by email
• Pro features unlocked through Apple in-app purchase
• a complimentary Pro trial for new users
• app open ads in the free version after the complimentary Pro trial ends

We may update, change, suspend, or remove features, interfaces, wording, or delivery methods based on product development, operational needs, legal requirements, or regulatory obligations.

2. Acceptable Use

When using the App, you agree not to:

• use the App for unlawful or improper purposes
• interfere with, disrupt, or damage the App or its normal operation
• bypass payment, entitlement, or feature restrictions through technical means
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App, except where permitted by applicable law
• infringe our rights or the rights of any third party

3. Pro Features and In-App Purchases

3.1 Purchase method

The App may offer Pro features through Apple's in-app purchase system.

3.2 Payment and processing

Payments are processed by Apple. Your purchase is subject to Apple's terms, billing rules, and refund policies. We do not directly receive your full payment details.

3.3 Scope of benefits

The scope of Pro benefits may vary by version, region, and release stage. The actual benefits available to you are determined by the product description shown in the App and the features currently enabled.

3.4 Restore purchases

Where supported under Apple's rules, you may use the App's restore purchases feature to attempt to recover previously purchased entitlements. Final results depend on information returned by Apple.

3.5 Complimentary Pro trial

The App may provide a complimentary Pro trial to new users. This complimentary access is not an Apple subscription, does not require purchase, and may be adjusted, discontinued, or made unavailable for new users in future versions.

3.6 Advertising in the free version

After the complimentary Pro trial ends, users who have not unlocked Lifetime Pro may see app open ads on cold start. Lifetime Pro users do not see app open ads.

Advertising, advertising consent, privacy choices, and tracking permission prompts may be provided through Apple system frameworks, Google AdMob, and Google's User Messaging Platform where required. Your use of related third-party services may also be subject to those providers' privacy policies and terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its related content, including but not limited to its interface design, icons, text, structure, code, sound design approach, and documents, are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to us or our licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, license, or otherwise use such content without prior written permission, except as allowed by applicable law.

5. Disclaimers

5.1 Utility nature

The App is designed for general calculation, record-keeping, and productivity assistance. You are responsible for determining whether any output is suitable for your specific use case.

5.2 No professional advice

The App and its outputs do not constitute financial, tax, legal, medical, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks of relying on calculation results for significant decisions.

5.3 Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the App available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not responsible for issues caused by:

• third-party advertising, purchase, consent, or App Store services
